Our client, a well-established financial firm in the region, boasts over two decades of expertise in the payment industry. As a technology-driven entity, the company has been at the forefront of delivering banking processing services, introducing card products, and providing solutions for payment acceptance and mobile banking.

The client's payment system encompasses a processing center, payment organization, settlement and clearing center, settlement bank, participating banks in the payment system, as well as card users, retailers, and technology partners.

Please note that the name of the company is not disclosed due to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place.

Problem Statement

Ant Tech approached with a request to migrate their Visa Mastercard processing application from On-Premise to the AWS cloud. The decision to transition to AWS aimed to retain the option of a lift-and-shift migration. However, migrating the application 'as is' from On-Premise to the cloud posed its own challenges due to differences in infrastructure limitations and conditions.
